Exchange policies can be made ONLY if product is damaged in route to order recipient. The recipient must submit request within a 3 day period AFTER receiving the order.

There is an $8-$15 shipping fee per order, depending on the weight of the order.

Yes! A change can be placed only up to 24 hours after the order has been placed.
